28/7/23 At the moment this download doesn’t work, it downloads but will not allow you to accept the conditions at the end, I tried 5 times on my windows pc? Help

TN Last year

Microsoft has an "S mode" preloaded for security features that only lets you download apps from Microsoft. This toolbox is not able to be downloaded unless you turn off "S mode" which means you have to get a separate virus and software protection. is there any way around this??

I installed the software (Windows 10 64bit). If I download the update to the new version and start it - it doesn't work. There is no possibility to run the old (working ) version. Is there any tip?
